Mercedes-Benz UK Forum Tuning Day – Sat 1st May

Gama and Angel look forward to welcoming you to the first Mercedes-Benz UK Forum tuning day!

Hot and cold drinks will be available on the day, however due to the attendees being spread throughout the day, we will not be providing food as we simply wont know how many will still be there at lunchtime. There is a Morrisons superstore across the road. Toilet facilities are available on site at Gama too.
We would like your time with us to be enjoyable but safe and comfortable.  All those who have booked and paid their deposits should have received a confirmation email by now.  If not, please email enquiry@gamamotorsport.com and we will re-send it to you.

The address to come to is:-

Gama Motorsport
Riverside Business Park
Tramway Industrial Estate
Banbury OX16 5TU

Tel: 0844 414 5704

Directions:
Most of you are likely to have Sat Nav, but just in case….. when you are driving past Morrison’s (with it being on your right hand side) take the next left down Tramway Industrial Estate and drive over the canal bridge.  Immediately take the first right (you will see new council offices on the corner). Drive to the end of the road into Riverside Business Park and you are there! There is ample parking, however please be advised that the first row of spaces opposite Unit 6 are for the tyre place in Unit 5 and those spaces are for their customers, so please do not park in these.

Obviously if you get lost on the day in Banbury, call Gama on 0844 414 5704.

Please note: If you have NOT booked and paid your deposit, please do not turn up on the day.  If you would like your car tuned, please call 0844 414 5704 or email enquiry@gamamotorsport.com to book your slot.  The day is divided up into specific timeslots per customer, so it is not an ‘open’ day as such.

    Hi,
Just to let you know that I spoke to Nigel at Angel Tuning earlier about the remapping day on Saturday, 1st May.

I was originally down very early on the MB Club UK’s list, however due to unforeseen circumstances regrettably had to pull out. Those “unforeseen circumstances” have noe been cancelled (by others!!) so I’m available again. According to our club forum, I was down as number 20 but Nigel seemed to think there may be 22.

In any case that’s irrelevant to a degree. I just wanted to confirm my email address, as Nigel said he would confirm by email but we had quite a bad connection, so I don’t know whether he got it. I paid a deposit by CC.

    Thanks,

    Alex Argent

    Hi Alex

Good to see you today. We got all the emails from everyone so this should be ok for future reference.
Hope everything goes well with the car and we look forward to hearing from you again soon.

    Regards
